Refund Policy
Effective May 19, 2026
Effective Date: May 19, 2026
At SciSEO, we strive to provide high-quality AI copywriting and SEO tools. We understand, however, that you may occasionally need to request a refund. This policy outlines the strict conditions under which refunds are granted.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
We offer a limited 14-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a full refund, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Your refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of your initial payment date.
- No Free Trial Used: You must not have previously claimed or utilized a free trial of the SciSEO platform.
- First-Time Subscriber: You must be a first-time purchaser. Users who have had a prior active subscription with SciSEO at any point in the past are not eligible.
If you have used a free trial prior to purchasing, or if you have previously held a paid subscription, you are strictly ineligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 14-day eligibility period has expired.
- Requests made by returning customers or users who have already utilized a free trial.
- Claims for partial usage of the Service or unused AI credits.
- Account Abuse: As stated in our Terms and Conditions, if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use policy, malicious behavior, or abuse of the Service, absolutely no refunds will be provided.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at hi@sciseo.com. You must include the email address associated with your SciSEO account and your order details. Our team will review your account history to verify your eligibility based on the criteria outlined in Section 1.
4. Refund Processing
All approved refunds are processed securely through our payment provider, Polar. Once we approve and initiate the refund, it may take several business days for the funds to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
